Please take the time to ensure all details for personalised frames are correct, as mistakes cannot be rectified once the order has been placed. Please pay particular attention to fadas for Irish names and hyphens in names like Anne-Marie etc!
Delivery addresses for frames to be couriered to are the responsibility of the customer. All courier deliveries to residential addresses need an accompanying mobile phone number so the couriuer can make contact if there's no-one at home when they try to deliver. Please ensure addresses supplied are complete. All orders carry a "if undelivered, please return to Simply Individual" label. In the event the package is returned to me, an additional delivery charge will be applied if the package needs to be re-sent.

Refunds only apply if a mistake has been made in personalised frames where the correct details were supplied.
Any breakages or damaged frames must be reported immediately.
